Funeral services

When someone dies, usually the first person to contact is a funeral director (sometimes called an 'undertaker').  They  make all the arrangements for the funeral according to your wishes.  You can ask them to arrange for the funeral to take place at Highfield Road Baptist Church and they will contact the Minister.  Alternatively, you can contact the minister yourself.

Our policy is to make an appointment with the family of the deceased and to talk through the sort of funeral you would like and to find out some background information so that the 'funeral service' is relevant, personal and appropriate.

We also offer visits after the funeral to give continued support.
